Our philosophy with regards to returns and exchanges is to be as customer-centric as possible. This has been our philosophy for over 125 years, and we don’t intend to change that just because we are now selling online. We will take a “no questions asked” approach to returns, and our only request is that the garment should be fully saleable – ie: Not having been worn, and still have the original packaging (tags etc).
