ORDER

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to a PO Box. Please see the “Delivery Options” section, or alternatively  Please get in touch so we can discuss any additional delivery mechanism.

May I place an order over the telephone?

If you feel more comfortable placing the order over the phone, please do call us 

Please make a note of the item SKU (starts with M) before calling

What if I want to cancel my order?

You may cancel any item or your complete order, as long as it has not entered the shipping process stage. Please email mickey@mcandb.co.za. We will do our best to fulfil your request.

RETURN POLICY

How do I return or exchange items purchased online?

Ideally the goods should be brought back to the store for exchange / refund. However, we will endeavour to make a plan should that prove to be difficult. Please contact us for assistance 

What if I receive merchandise that is defective or incorrect?

In this unlikely event, we will gladly exchange, credit or refund you. Please get in contact 

ALTERATIONS

Can I arrange for alterations on goods bought online

We will gladly alter anything bought from us (free of charge). You will however have to get the item to our Hyde Park store. Tailoring is most effectively achieved when client himself comes to the store to get measured and pinned. Tailoring typically takes 2-3 working days.
