Ideally the goods should be brought back to the store for exchange / refund. However, we will endeavour to make a plan should that prove to be difficult. Please contact us for assistance

We will gladly alter anything bought from us (free of charge). You will however have to get the item to our Hyde Park store. Tailoring is most effectively achieved when client himself comes to the store to get measured and pinned. Tailoring typically takes 2-3 working days.
