Our philosophy with regards to returns and exchanges is to be as customer-centric as possible – In other words, if you as a customer feel you have a problem with a garment or product, we will, within generous reason, address your problem. All we ask is that any goods returned show no sign of being worn, and are returned in the original packaging if at all possible. Please engage with us on returns for faulty products – again our philosophy is to be as customer-centric as possible. Ideally the goods should be brought back to the store for exchange / refund. The following delivery options are available: – Collect from either our Hyde Park Corner store or our Nelson Mandela Square store (Both in Johannesburg) – Postnet to Postnet delivery – Courier to stipulated address. We will strive to process all orders within two days of the order being placed. We currently do not charge for delivery within South Africa.
